THE NORTHWEST PASSAGE

So far, only 300 motorized ships have managed to navigate through the notoriously ice packed Northwest Passage, from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean, north of Canada and Alaska and the entire American continent.

I was assigned as the photographer on board MS Roald Amundsen, the world's first hybrid-electric expedition cruise ship successfully making its way from Newfoundland in the east to the Bering Strait in western Alaska.
