Don't get this cute face wrong
Living in a world where only the smartest and the strongest survive, this female Antarctic fur seal has learned to stand her ground when she has to.
And as much as I want to pet her, I stick to just taking pictures.
I am sure she's even lovelier from a distance.
LEOPARD SEAL
Like a prehistoric relic, the leopard seal is one of the Antarctic top predators.
Leopard seals are true deep-sea divers, diving beyond one kilometer into the depths to hunt for prey.
The opportunistic leopard seals are 370 kilos of muscles, and they are able to catch unsuspecting prey by attacking directly from the water up on the beach.
